It's simple. After subscribing to a plan, you will receive an email within the hour granting you access to your personal Trello board. This board is your all-in-one dashboard for requesting and managing your automations. That's it—you're ready to go.
You can add as many requests as you'd like to the 'Backlog' column on your Trello board. When you're ready for us to begin, just move one card to the 'Active Queue' column. We'll start working on it within one business day.
We deliver a finished solution. Your automations are built directly within your own accounts (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.). Once a request is complete, we'll notify you in the corresponding Trello card with a summary of the work and a link to the live automation, ensuring you have full ownership and control from day one.
Once you're notified of a completed request, you have two options: 1) Approve: Move the card to 'Completed' column to free up your slot. 2) Request Revisions: Leave a comment on the Trello card for tweaks.
You can add unlimited requests to your backlog. Depending on your plan, we work on 1-2 active requests at a time, delivering them sequentially. When one is approved, we immediately start the next.

We focus on process automation using existing platforms. For requests requiring custom coding beyond these platforms, we'll notify you immediately and help find an alternative solution.
